STANDARDIZED OPERATING PROCEDURE FOR PURCHASERS OF REAL ESTATE PURSUANT TO REAL PROPERTY LAW §442-H

RAFFI LLC d/b/a RAFFI GROUP (the “Broker”) is making this Standardized Operating Procedure available as guidance for prospective purchasers of residential real estate in compliance with State of New York Real Property Law §442-H effective April 20, 2022. RAFFI GROUP maintains copies of these Standardized Operating Procedures available to the public upon request at RAFFI GROUP offices.

Please be advised that, by policy or standard operating procedure, RAFFI GROUP does not require:

  1. Prospective buyer clients to show identification*

  2. Exclusive buyer broker agreements

  3. Pre-approval for a mortgage loan / proof of funds*

*Although RAFFI GROUP may not require such information, a seller of real estate or another Broker representing a seller, may require this information prior to showing the property and/or as part of any purchase offer.
