Meet Raffi

Founder Raffi Salbashian boasts a strong track record of exceptional legal representation within the New York real estate industry. He has successfully represented multi-billion-dollar condominium buildings and construction developments and advocated on behalf of an array of prominent clients, from individual property owners and tenants to large institutions and multinational corporations. Raffi's litigation portfolio consists of various complex civil suits, some of which have set a precedent within the industry. Raffi devoted himself to serving his community as a civil and criminal prosecutor for more than a decade.

Based in Manhattan, Raffi combines law and real estate passions through local charity work. He serves as general counsel for a nonprofit working with children and families and sits on the board of a mental health therapy company.

Real estate is deeply ingrained in Raffi's life, shaping his personal development from childhood. He understands a space's profound impact on a person or family, and no one knows better how your surroundings and mental health are intertwined. He believes that finding the right home provides the opportunity to live your best life. His work embodies his commitment to ensuring clients feel a sense of community and connection in their new space.

Meet Jessica

Jessica Harrington has lived and worked in NYC for 15 years. Over her career, she has participated in more than $950mm in real estate and other asset transactions. Her experience serving high net worth individuals, managing their extensive real estate portfolios, and her financial reporting and tax expertise provide for a unique skill set where she recognizes the importance of high touch service and discretion.

Jessica believes that purchasing and selling a home is a process that requires dedication while maintaining a deep appreciation for the vast investment that is being pursued – purchasing a home. Jessica has closed over $329mm in residential real estate transactions, over $290mm in private aircraft transactions, over $100mm in art acquisitions and sales, and managed $225mm in capital improvement/renovation projects. Jess has recently purchased a historic home in the Village of Sag Harbor which she plans to restore to its former glory.

Meet Lenna

Lenna is a commercial real estate specialist, renowned artist, and New York native.

An award-winning textile designer, Lenna rose to what seemed to be the top of her career -- designing dresses for notable individuals such as Michelle Obama. She realized the benefits of expressive art therapies and devoted nearly a decade to helping individuals find their creativity as an art psychotherapist. As an author and lecturer, Lenna led workforce development training in Fortune 500 companies focusing on accessing creativity for professional growth.

As part of her work, she has designed and curated authentic creative spaces for clients all over the globe, and helping locate these spaces is one of her many passions. While she has handled millions of dollars in real estate transactions worldwide, lower Manhattan has always been home. She takes a holistic approach with clients to ensure finding the perfect space for growth.
